I contributed in the design of an application for Western Union aimed at enabling users to accumulate loyalty points. As part of this effort, I integrated features detailing how users can earn points and outlined the process for redeeming rewards through these points, allowing them to fully enjoy the benefits of their loyalty.

I will conduct research and develop wireframes, as well as low and high-fidelity prototypes. Additionally, I will perform usability studies by conducting interviews with participants to evaluate the application's performance.

Competitive Analysis
Following extensive research into different financial institutions, I pinpointed three commonly used ones: Remitly, RIA, and Moneygram. I delved into the rewards they offer their users and leveraged these findings to develop our own reward system for our users.
